Hi!
I'm interested in full time jobs. I have been working as a call center representative for about 3 years. In that time I have been able to develop basic skills as are required being in such industry. Multitasking being one of the most important skills to learn; I can manage to speak to a customer or client at the same time write down notes about the call and search for the right solution for the caller's reason for calling. The industry also helped me develop my English skills, be in writing or speaking. I am able to handle customer from the very satisfied to the very unsatisfied. I am more than willing in fact very eager to learn new things. I am hoping to find a good online job so that I can have more time with my family and hopefully go back to school to slowly but surely finish my degree in psychology.
