I have been in a customer service environment for a total of 7 years now since I started working in May of 2008 in call center. I have learned a lot and my experience have polished me to become a performer in customer service jobs. I learned to upsell, resolved customer billing questions and product inquiries in general and even a little of technical troubleshooting via voice and chat support.
With the promotions I got over the years, this tells me that the company have trusted my expertise and trusted me to help people achieve the excellence that I got. I have become mentor for years, help train newbies to do what is expected to be delivered in a job.
I just resigned from my job and I am hoping to land a homebase job. I am very willing to be trained and I am goal oriented. I know how valuable time is thus I made sure that I hit my deliverables on time.
