Please consider my application for this post. I am currently working as a Technical Support Associate and wants to earn more while at home. I believe that I can manage my time and get this as my part time job. I've been in the call center industry for almost 5 years. I started as a technical support rep at a New Zealand based account (Telecom New Zealand) handles ISP and basic networking concerns. I stayed there for 3 years. I got a post for an American account that deals with ISP concerns for a famous cable internet company (Time Warner Cable) for a tier 2 tech support post. My current job as of now is a technical support analyst for Reed Elsevier Philippines. Employed since March of 2013 up until now. I handle password and log in concerns for a software that do background checks. I help system administrators to manage users and maintain security within the company and employees who uses the software. I offer my knowledge in ISP, basic network trouble shooting and system management troubleshooting to get this post.
