Im working as a financial advisor in an international company based in the Philippines. I handle automobile loan accounts. I assist customers with their queries regarding payments and account inquiries. i've been in the BPO industry for almost 7 years. I remember when i was still applying for a job before i graduated, my friends were making fun of me because i always went home as a loser. Then i promised to myself I will never give up. After those fantastic experiences of job-hunting, finally, I got hired. My first job was with APAC in Alabang Muntinlupa. I worked as a customer service representative and then promoted as an escalation representative. Stayed there for almost 5 years. I decided to leave the company to find a higher compensation. The second company that hired me was 360training.com Inc., a company that offers online courses. We have all trainings/certification for students and professionals in United States. I stayed there for 8 months. It's been a while since i started working and just realized that i needed more. I have 2 children and paying my home loan alone. it's very overwhelming having too much stress in life but i know i can handle it. i do handle stress on a positive manner. I use my goals and dreams to find ways how to overcome distress and problems. i think of my children and my house as my motivation to the best i can. Hope you enjoyed reading my short story.
