I've worked as a student assistant who managed to assist customers (which includes students, professionals, school officials, parents,etc.) to satisfy their needs. I've interviewed students who applied for scholarships/discounts. The job also includes typing and data entry, filing of documents, answering phone inquiries, forwarding information to different departments, etc. I've also worked as a CSR who managed to answer customers' inquiries about the product, their billing accounts, shipments, and how to order. I know how to access and navigate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and the like. I have knowledge in basic accounting and business because I've taken BS Business Administration major in Banking and Finance before I shifted program to BS Electronics Engineering. I am undergraduate but I know the basics in video editing, programming, electronics and circuits subjects.
