I've been in the call center industry for more than 3 years and I can say that it boost my knowledge regarding how important to have that good customer service within you. Engaging myself to deal with difficult situations and from there learn how to address it is the best part. I voice out not just what the customer would want to hear but what is that catchy mistake turned out to be more useful for them. Being direct to the point is my objection as long as it is in the right path and is nicely said.
It would be a privilege for me to share what I've learned. Share ideas and successfully implement it. Different scenarios means different approach but at the end of it all, providing good customer service will complete the quality call. Never leave the customer with a question mark. Hear that smiley goodbye and that's it. Guaranteed you have provide a good customer service.
