While in college, I do transcription jobs as a sideline to have extra allowance to support my school needs. I transcribe audio files from native dialect to Tagalog then to English. I encode the transcripts using MS Word then send it through e-mail to the client. After college, I worked on a BPO Industry at Teletech Cainta for 11 months. I am an inbound technical support representative for Telstra. Telstra is an Autralian account which caters mobile network services as well as wireless internet services. I help clients troubleshoot their network related mobile
and internet faults or problems. I carefully give them step by step procedures so we can fix the problem. After 11 months of working as a call center agent, I took the Civil Service Examination for Professional Level on October 2013 and luckily I passed it. Last June 2, 2014, I was hired as Executive Assistant/Secretary of the Assistant Regional Director at Land Transportation Office Region 2. I do clerical works like encoding, arranging office files, answer phone calls, and doing reports of meetings. I am knowledgeable of MS Word and MS Excel. I am a competent person. I can work under pressure and I am open-minded. My degree in Psychology has helped me in having a good interpersonal skills.
“It definitely helped transform my business and take a significant load off for me.”
