I would like to apply as your customer service rep.I've been working in a call center for almost 4 years as a Customer Service Representative.In that 4 years I can say I was an effective agent since i was awarded as an employee of the month an ranked 1 as the agent who got the highest unit in term of selling our products.Currently I am working in a courier company as a Teller at the same time a Customer Service Rep.Everyday I met different kind of personality but then its not a hindrance to me to be an effective agent. for me irate customers made my work more challenging and enjoyable one. Hoping you'll give me a chance to work in your company so that I can show you the best I am.
