Profile Description

I have been with the BPO industry for 15 years.
I am currently exploring home based work to be with my family.
My experience is quite broad from being an agent (Telemarketing/Customer Service/Technical Support etc...) to leading programs of more than 500 FTE's.
My specialty is sales.
That is where I excelled as an agent and a leader.
My skill set is quite advanced in both making outbound calls and motivating/coaching others to succeed in sales.
I prefer sales programs because of the fulfillment in making others succeed and the financial rewards.
This type of work is what I am looking for since it does not confine your capacity to earn to just a restricted paycheck.
It's flexible to the amount of work and success you bring which makes the possibility of doubling or tripling your salary a foreseeable reality.
Writing is also a something I do for project communication and a little freelance for personal satisfaction.
