Profile Description

I have worn a lot of different hats in the BPO industry. From account management, project management, recruitment, content writing, to sales and marketing - name it, I have done it.
I have worked office-based for three outsourcing companies (headquartered in the US, the UK, Australia, respectively) from 2008 to 2013.
I have learnt the art of multitasking, and have become well-rounded at Ultro Consulting, Inc. (outsourcing company based in the UK with an office in Davao City, Philippines) - where I have spent almost 4 years of my career life. We were a small company where everyone had to pitch in, and I thrived on the excitement of being involved at every level of every project.
On March 2013, I have worked remotely for the same UK outsourcing company, and then later decided to work as a online freelance content writer and virtual assistant for other firms.
