Paul M. Njuguna – Master of Science (MS): in Instructional Design and Development, is the Founder of FOCii Media House. After launching in Chicagoland Area in 2011, the company has expanded tremendously. Paul has led FOCii to grow to119+ professionals using a careful review and hire process. He is responsible for the vision, strategy, and growth efforts of FOCii as it expands across the country.
Paul started off working by himself and when too much work became a burden, he experienced how difficult and stress-inducing this was all becoming. His best solution to avoid being stretched too thin was the founding of FOCii Media House. The company is founded upon a remote diverse team of experienced and dedicated professionals working under the FOCii brand. This has resulted in skill diversity, a top competitive edge, and increased productivity levels.
FOCii Media House is composed of: Sixteen talented video actors/presenters, eight 2D designers, six 3D designers, three app designers, four graphic designers, three illustrators, three jingle producers, four motion graphics experts, five script writers, four sound effects gurus, five visual effects designers, over fifty three voice producers, and six web developers. However, this number changes often.
As FOCii Media House continues to grow, our goal is to keep on seeking and recruiting a larger team of experienced, more diverse, and extremely skilled people. This will give us an unprecedented edge over our competitors in the industry.
