I've been in a call center industry for almost 8 yrs. My previous job in the same industry was with
Sourcefit Phil. I am responsible in taking orders of customers via phone and email. I also do follow ups whenever they sent emails regarding their issue with their refills or minutes. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests. I 've been with Infosys BPO for almost 3 yrs. Processed orders for Toll Free Numbers and T1s for high end clients from the scratch to turn ups. Takes orders by obtaining and verifying accurate information and highly organized
when it comes to daily task that was provided. Needs to do the most important task and always see to it to finish task on or before the required due date.
