Profile Description

I was a sales associate at Dell Electronics and Accessories. I acted also as an adviser for those who needs help in choosing the right product for them depending on their needs. I even walked them through on how those products work.
I also became a rental adviser for a car rental company in the US which is AVIS AND BUDGET GROUP. I also acted as a customer service representative because i
answer customer's concern and rental issues. Being a rental adviser i also cater to sales by quoting rates and up selling other products and services that are connected to car rentals. I also worked as a Technical Support Representative Level II for HP Desktop Technical Support Department. Having the duty to answer queries and provide assistance to customers. Provides walk though and troubleshooting tasks to resolve customer's concern regarding their HP desktops be it hardware or software concern. Also acts as a Sales Associate who offers warranty coverage and discuss importance of the warranty to the customer's HP desktop, Assist customers in processing orders for repair or even directing them to proper channel based on their concern.
We were brought up by our parents through efforts on business. My parents are fish vendors. It may be a hard way to make a living, but they still managed to send me and my siblings to school. That was the reason why i chose Business Management as my area of study. I love to sell things, talk to people and convince them about the products that i sell and eventually make a living out of it. I may not be perfect but I am willing to learn and share my knowledge not just to earn but also to help others.
My mind is open to all possibilities. Life is just like a mirror, you will see what you show. Respect cannot be demanded, it can be earned.
