I had been working as customer service specialist for 3 years now. I mostly handle billing concerns, technical troubleshooting and upselling products. I know a bit of Photoshop not an expert at it but excellent in using Ms word and Ms Excel. I have worked with a lot of different call center support tools so it should not be a problem learning new tools because I am a fast learner. I am also a self-driven individual, goal-oriented and has initiative. I'm looking for a stable home-based job where I can maximize my time and help succeeding your business.
