Profile Description

I've been in a BPO
for more than 8 yrs now. I was trained both Technical and Customer Service Support. I had a great experience handling both irate and good customers. Through them, I became more patient and understanding to them. I enjoy talking to them most especially if I resolved their issues. Whether I resolved it or not, still my patience is still there and above all showing excellent customer Upgrade to see actual infow, I want to share what I've learned from my previous employer as as virtual assistant. Working at home is the best place for me. Because aside from very convenient, I can be with my family. I can check my children from time to time. Even though I have a nanny who takes care of children, I can still supervise and assist them doing their home work. I hope that I'll be hired here.
