I am experienced in teaching English to foreigners for 3 years.
I am excellent in verbal and written communication and have mastered the art of teaching. I also have an experience as a customer representative, and providing quality service to my clients is always my priority.
I work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. I am also computer proficient (Word, PPT, Excel, E-mail, internet navigation). I am capable of using different tools for documentation as required by the client and has the ability to type a minimum of at 40+ wpm. I work well under pressure and have the ability to multitask with ease. Lastly, I am capable of resolving clients' requests, questions or complaints while maintaining professional composure.
