I had solid ten (10) years background in recruitment and training processes gained from an I.t., manufacturing, BPO and retail environment with supervisory experience. Most of these were start-up organizations. I was accustomed to working in a fast-paced setting and successfully handled several responsibilities simultaneously. My last job was in a retail corporation as recruitment manager where i oversee the recruitment programs, policies and procedures for the corporation, ensuring professional support to HR officers, store managers and corporate managers of the 7 different branches. Prior to that, most of my work experiences was with a Research and Development American company for seven (7) years where i started as Recruitment and Training Coordinator / Travel Coordinator (local and international), then as training and development coordinator. I moved-up to handling the employee welfare and development of the organization and finally as Employment Supervisor where I lead the effort in the selection and placement of manpower needs for all the departments. I had a wide interaction with different managers both local and internation from Europe, Middle East, Asia, America, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
Before joining this R&D American company, i worked with another American manufacturing company for four (4) years as Recruitment, Training and Development Assistant. But my first job right after graduation was in the academe as guidance counsellor / Psychometrician for elementary and high school students.
