Profile Description

I previously held the position of PhilHealth Accounts Information Management Specialist in Laguna. As such, My duties includes regular monitoring and updating of our clients contribution reporting and remittances; render technical assistance for online reporting and I also conducted information and education campaigns about the policies and benefits afforded by the agency to more than one thousand five hundred (1500) companies assigned to me.
Since December 2011, I am a holder of Career Service Professional Eligibility. In March 2009, I graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Economics, from the University of Nueva Caceres in Naga City.
In three years, I worked as clerk in Camarines Sur Parole and Probation Office II. This gave me opportunity to understand how the procedures implemented in a government institution affect the lives of the clients. This also allowed me to meet people with varying socio-economic status.
For one year, I worked as technical support representative in a call center. During such period, I received three commendations from customers. It showed my efficiency, proved my ability to manage stress and demonstrated my capability to handle multiple tasks especially that I was a working and graduating at that time.
