Preparing HR documentation and maintain confidential records and files,
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and
Interdepartmental communication and answer telephone inquiries; attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries.
Preparation of government agencies' reportorial requirements and payments (SSS, Philhealth, BIR and Pag-Ibig).
Recruitment and staffing, training modules preparation.
Provide receptionist services.
Process the renewals of permits and licenses.
Maintenance and monitoring of office's procurements and supplies facilitation.
Coordination with some contractors and government agencies, and
Other support functions to HRA's day-to-day activities.
