Profile Description

As a Data Entry worker I am responsible for entering various data formats into the computer system of a company. Such workers need to be proficient at interpreting complex information. Monitoring the company’s data entry systems is an important part of the role, as well as checking the computer systems thoroughly and enhancing them where necessary.
Workers in this role need to have good interpersonal and communication skills, as they may be required to deal with external agencies and customers. If the data is unreadable, they will need to request further information.As additional description as a Data Entry clerks are required to maintain, update and retrieve data held on computer systems. Sometimes they need to transcript paper-based records to computer files, using spreadsheets and word processor software. They input data to computers related to sales, client information, surveys, statistics, etc. The following skills that I need to possessed as a Data Entry employee are being able to work under pressure,being able to work to deadlines, having interpersonal abilities, having excellent writing communication skills,having high attention to details, having good English and Math skills ,being aware of safety issues, being accurate and last being self motivated.
