I started at Teletech as a Technical Support Representative for internet service provider. I was the one who's responsible in dealing with customers who lost their internet connection. I was also responsible to get their connection back in a very timely manner. I never lost patience in resolving the customers issue even if they were becoming rude at the middle of the call, I always remained calmed and still listening very carefully to the customers. then, we were transitioned from a TSR, we became Customer Service Representative for billing department. We always received calls from I-rate customers and so angry with their bills. I assure them to check the system for some errors and assure them to correct the error before ending the call. As a billing agent you should have a very long patience to deal with different kinds of complaints everyday. I am confident that I have that.
