I'm currently working as Sales Operation Analyst for Professional Services at an SAP Company. This job entails assisting, coaching and providing technical support to the Professional Services Sales Team in using CPQ and CRM applications.
I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism with strong background in research & development, recently worked as a project officer at a government agency in charge of international and domestic marketing and promotions. I have assisted in the conceptualization, development and implementation of projects and programs in the field of tourism and hospitality. I have also worked and trained in US-based multinational chain hotels.
- My profession and experience have taught me to be goal and detail-oriented. I see to it that deadlines are met without sacrificing the quality of work.
- Fluent in written and spoken English having composed various articles, reports, plan, concept proposals and write-ups in wide-ranging topics.
I have published an article in a local civic org. magazine. I have also worked as a call center agent for a US-based international IT Company assisting American clients.
- Skillful in administrative & clerical tasks such as organization of office documents and communications (soft and hard copy), budget & voucher preparations and layout/ design/ production of invitations, flyers, multimedia presentations.
