I had 2 years experience as a customer representative. During that time, I've partly handled up-selling the product, cater to billing issues and making changes to a customers account. I had also worked as a nurse in a tertiary hospital for 1 year and had been a trainee for 3 months in the dialysis department. Currently, I am working as an appointment setter for a company. I mainly do outbound calls. I am provided with a list of patients under a certain US insurance and then set their appointments with their doctors to have a wellness check. I also discuss necessary preparations needed before a lab test that they are scheduled for.
