Profile Description

I am a graduate of Business Administration Major in Management. I have been in the call center/customer service industry for eight years. Throughout those years, I have developed great communication skills in both oral and writing. I am proficient in certain MS applications such as WORD,POWERPOINT, and EXCEL.
I can work under minimum supervision and always puts great attention to details. I am also a fast learner and always open to new discoveries.
I am married and has two children, and is looking for a home-based job to support our finances. In relation to this, I am looking for a client to whom I am willing to work with for at least 20 hours per week.
Being in the customer service industry for a long time gave me knowledge on how to assist customers and work beyond their expectations. I am aware that the customers are the main reason for a company's growth and that they have to be given a quality product and/or service.
With my knowledge and skills, I can definitely help a company grow by helping them in providing quality service to their customers.
