Profile Description
I worked as a Customer Service Representative for two American financial companies and I can say that I am pretty good at it. I deal with customers of different personality and stand in life so I can guarantee that I would be able to handle any type of customer for your company. I also worked as an English teacher for Korean students and an online English teacher for Japanese students. My students were of different ages so I can guarantee that I could work with anyone.
I am very much knowledgeable on Microsoft word, excel and power point. I also do love surfing the internet and do basic computer troubleshooting.
When it comes with work I am pretty patient and I do work very hard to reach my goal.
