Based on my experiences, I have done almost any type of job. I can type as fast as 70 wpm due to working as an IP Relay agent in the past, doing live transcriptions for the deaf community. I have also worked as a disputes advisor for Chase and have assisted a lot of their customers. I have also worked as a Fraud and Resolutions Agent for eBay. And lastly, was a Virtual Assistant for an electrical company in Perth, Western Australia.
I am reliable, keen to detail, a fast learner and is very passionate about whatever job I am put into. I enjoy speaking with people and helping them in their needs. Assisting, educating and making them feel important are the things I want them to feel when i work with my clients.
