I recently worked as a Player Support Specialist on one of the U.K based gaming company (Jagex Games Studio).
My scope of work is to handle email correspondence to the players around the world which has questions or enquiries about their in-game purchases or subscriptions.
Prior to that, I also worked as a Technical Support Specialist for a U.S based telephone company (Centurylink).
I handled incoming calls from specified U.S locations to resolve customer’s telephone issues.
Aside from that, my first job as an Accounting clerk for 2 years on a banking industry and another 2 years on a security provider industry gives me a lot of experience that will be applicable to any accounting related jobs.
