Profile Description

Since I have worked in the BPO industry for 8 years prior to working as Virtual Assistant, I have mastered my customer service and administrative skills. As a Real Time Analyst, I have done different types of reports using MS Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint). I have remarkable workforce management experience. I am good at analysis and I can interpret an extensive variety of technical and non-technical instructions. I can easily learn different types of tools if needed. Relating to my Virtual Assistant experience, previously I have worked for a Registered Training Organisation in Australia. I worked closely with the Education Quality Manager. My tasks included email and calendar management, setting up appointments, handle students/prospect clients inquiries via email, book webinars and meetings, conduct audits for compliance, maintain database, prepare reports and documents using MS Office applications, manage social media account such as Facebook and LinkedIn, perform research and any other as needed tasks. I have used tools such as Infusionsoft, Zoho, Dropbox, Evernote, Asana, TeamworkPM and Google Docs. I have very high attention to detail and this is one of my strengths. I am able to work under minimal supervision. I am looking for a stable job where I can utilize and enhance my skills to help the business grow.
