i was previously employed in an insurance company for 10 years. I started as front desk officer and telephone operator, i was the one receiving calls and transfer it to the designated persons, received documents and assist client's needs. I was also assigned as executive assistant to the President and CEO. I
assists the President in the management and administration of meetings, schedules, calendar items and tasks.I also assists the President in the creation and maintenance of meetings’ minutes which the President Chairs. Also i assists the President in creating and maintaining a Calendar Call-Out System for pending items and to follow-up with the person/s concerned. Do routine administrative matters such as replenishment, reimbursements, and others that may be delegated on a case-by-case basis.. Acts as Liaison officer for contacts outside the office (related to the President’s tasks and activities), i.e., Government regulatory bodies, Industry Associations, Socio-Civic Organizations and the like). Also assists the President in prioritizing tasks, calendar items, appointments and the like, and arranging the President’s schedule accordingly.
