Profile Description

I am a well- rounded person. I am confident handling different task assigned to me. I am computer literate (e.i. MSWORD and MSPOWERPOINT). Being the Head of the Discipline Office, I was in-charge of the investigation and gathering of facts related to the offenses/violations committed by students or faculty. I also handles students with behavioral problem. I assist the principal during conferences with parents. I was the one who formulates disciplinary measures and sanctions to be given to the students in accordance with the Student Handbook. I also refer students who need to undergo intervention program such as behavior modification, personality development and anger management. I am the one who monitors the co- curricular and extra-curricular activities given to the students. I supervise club moderators and their club activities. I write and circulate memos and letters with regards to club activities. I evaluates club activities before handling it to the principal for approval. I conducts faculty evaluation and assessment with full confidentiality.
As Guidance facilitator, I am the one who administer the entrance examination and the initial interview for new students. I conduct routine interview and seminars to help the well-being of the students.
Overall, I can say that I am flexible in terms of work. I have the interest to learn different task in order to be more productive and efficient.
