I worked as a Customer Service Representative and Telemarketer. I have a total of 4 years work experience in these field. I also have an excellent knowledge in MS Office and i did quite a bit of Research & Data Entry. I am a goal-and-results oriented person, a planner, up for challenges and always tend to be efficient in everything that I do as I put passion into it. I have the willingness to learn about anything else that comes up from a team. I have developed strong working ethics and my principle is to practice fairness in a win-win situation. I take criticism as a motivation tool. Having that said, I believe that I have always excelled in my chosen field.
