Profile Description

I finished my degree in Cebu, Philippines, and work in different multinational firms also in Philippines before I venture in China. I was been invited by a European Furniture manufacturer in China to work and share my ability as QC manager of their company. Currently I am engaged to one of furniture industries here in China, but want to venture any kind of Job to other country. I do believed that there are many key strengths, which I can bring to any positions, this include being a self-starter, being disciplined, being an excellent communicator, being very willing and eager to learn new things, being exceptional at customer service.
With more than 10 years of success experience in QCI/Quality Control Manager, Procurement/Sourcing, Project Management and Supply Chain, especially with a rich multi-cultural, multinational company’s background, a proven leadership and managerial experience to lead a team, ability to establish strong relationship & influence/mentor teams, business partners and cross functional teams, I’m determined to achieve through progress with a dynamic international career with a world-class company or holding. This is backed up by my commitment to quality, performance, ability to motivate through teamwork and sensitivity to market development & cultural differences. Seeking position requiring excellent management skills in a manufacturing firm, Professional alignment with the position that will benefit from my skills, especially in a people oriented organization where there is a need to assure broad cooperative effort through the use of planning, strong administration, skills of persuasion to achieve goals. My greatest strength is my ability to work in a highly organized manner.
I like to plan my strategy from start to finish making sure to anticipate any hiccups or roadblocks that I may encounter along the way. My (greatest/biggest) weakness is related to my greatest strength, I am very organized to a point that when things don’t go according to plan, I begin to worry and can be a bit inflexible.
