Profile Description

I studied at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University in General Santos City with a degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in Mass Communications from 2002 to 2006.
I have been exposed to article writing and literary conceptualizing because during high school, i was part of our School Paper Organization named The Metrian. I served as the Literary Editor for 3 years in the organization and attended several paper writing seminars and even competitions.
During college practicum, as a MassCom student, I was an OJT at Sun Star News Paper and was also exposed to TV and Radio (Local News and Entertainment programs).
I have been working in the BPO industry as a Workforce Officer for almost 14 years now. Currently, I am part of a Global Command Center for the largest search engine in the world - Google. Our main tasks includes data gathering, issue-identification, outage/shortage handling and other unplUpgrade to see actual infoed events and most importantly, extensive report analysis to help our company especially the Clients achieve success thru various tools, resources and platforms. We manage Global queue to later on provide distinct performance summary and recommendation.
I may have no experience yet when it comes to online jobs but I assure my potential clients that with perseverance, knowledge and will, I will become a great asset of this community.
