Profile Description

As a staffing specialist, my goal is to fill the number of candidates required for a multi national language technology solutions company. To source for an eligible and good quality of people to hire for a particular requisition all over the world. We primarily use email messaging and VoIP to reach out to our prospects and broadcasts opportunities via job sites, university links and other social media platforms.
I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Specialist for two major BPO companies in the Philippines for the last 7 years. As a Customer Support Specialist, I handle inquiries from customers related to billing, rate plans, features and services, repair & troubleshooting, credits & adjustments. May sell all services and products offered by the Company. May resolve inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, correspondence, transferred callers or the resolution of trouble tickets.
