Profile Description

I had been working in a BPO Company for a year and few months now. I graduated on March 2013 in Bachelor of Arts Major in Mass Communication in CIT University. Taking care of customer's concerns, providing good customer service, and providing solutions to my customer's problem is part of the skills that I gain when I was working in Qualfon, Wipro, and Convergys. I am into shifting schedules and I don't have any problem with that. I am also a very flexible person in regard with shift and day-offs. I
can do stuff on my own and as well as I can work along with a team. I can say that I am as well a very flexible person, I make sure that I provide my best in everything that I do and I can also help my teammates so that we will become successful as a team.
