I have been with the BPO industry for almost nine years now and still in counting.
I started as an outbound sales representative for a year. And then I became one of the technical support/ sales representative for one year and seven months for Linksys/ Cisco account. I had Three months of technical support experience for AT&T Uverse account and One year of technical support experience for Comcast Account.
I was once a quality analyst/ sales verification specialist for TXU Energy an inbound and outbound sales account for six months. I also had an experience in inbound sales for AT&T Blue account and I was once a customer service representative for Netspend Prepaid Card account.
I am currently working as a customer service representative for an in-house account. An online store including ebay listing in Australia. We handle inbound and outbound calls and we also do email tasks simultaneously.
