Well, I've been in the BPO industry for quite sometime now, I've worked as a Customer support, Technical support, and as well as a fraud analyst. I've learned how to be independent in many ways. I know basic things on how to use MS programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). I'm a dedicated person, once I started something, I'd give it my all. I also am a very fast learner. This could be my first Home-based job, and i want this to be my stepping stone to success.
