Profile Description
I have four years experience in handling technical support mainly for home and small office network for Cisco devices. Currently, i was tasked to assist as a second support Flip Video camcorders. Mainly I help out clients install softwares on their computers, edit videos and burn their videos to a DVD remotely.
I also studied basic HTML web design using notepad and dream weaver for 6 months.
I am knowledgeable in various operating systems such as MAC Leopard and Snow Leopard, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7.
I can work under minimal supervision and I am a fast learner and can easily be taught.
