Prepare and Analyze Monthly Sales Admin Report
Represent Sales Admin Department for reporting during ManCom meeting.
Make Programs to ensure that the given target of Contracted sales will be hit
Make Projections for yearly Budget on Contracted Sales.
Analyzes conversion of Reservation Sales until contracting
Supervise admin process flow to ensure implementation of company policy.
Coaches and trains account officers, prepares training programs. Evaluate performance of staff, recommends promotion, additional training or termination.
Coordinates with Sales Networks to:
? Plan contracted sales capacities according to yearly sales projections.
? Monitor 1st DP and CS conversion vs. sales.
? Recommend effective promo and financing schemes to support marketing strategies.
• Coordinates with Affiliated banks
• Monitor the following activities of the Account Officers:
o House Construction
o Bank folder turn over
o Contracting (approval of loan)
o Conversion of accounts
o Payments of buyers
o Document Collections.
o Letter Sending
