Profile Description
My duties as an AP Invoice processor consists of the daily download of invoices for process from the clients, after downloading, I allocate the invoices to the corresponding processors. As one of the processors, invoices are being scanned first to check if it is valid for processing, then if there are some invoices with issues, I route it immediately to the Invoice Resolution Analyst. Valid invoices then are processed through the SAP accounting system.
