Profile Description

I was a Team POC Real Time Analyst for more than a year in a BPO/Call Center company in Clark Field, Pampanga. My duties are as follows: Process the Daily Time Record of Agents; Process and request liquidations of managers; Collection and compilation of receipts and documents for Managers’ liquidations; Tracking employees’ schedules for daily meal subsidy; Checking the reports of Real Time Analysts to make sure that time lines and deadlines are met; Managing the Team while the Supervisor is not around; Attending to the Payroll and Attendance disputes of employees; Monitoring Agents' queue and relaying real time concerns related to break/off phone activities to the managers; Processing reports related to Attendance and hours rendered by agents.
I am skilled and proficient in computer MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), web and E-mail. I also possess excellent management skills and have the ability to work with the minimum supervision needed.
