Hello, good day. My last employment was assigned at LBC Express Inc. Eastern Visayas area with 50 branches at my turf, as solo IT Technical Support Engineer. On all over my 50 branches, I experienced, different type of approaching to resolved problem encountered on my branches,
thru phone guide or remote the desktop or at onsite to software’s, hardware, connectivity and networking set-up and trouble shooting. I experience on resolving problem encountered remotely on application encountered error and installation set up. I also experience thru combination phone guide and using remote desktop or vnc for installation set-up configuration or troubleshooting on peripherals, sample new installation on printer, thru phone I guide them on plugging the printer to its ports and thru remote I install the driver’s and set the configuration. I was very proactive and self supportive with minimal supervision on maintaining and assisting my area covered. Prepared with contingency plan and ready for a alternative approach on solving troubles. Conducting research to used or apply on my daily work to be innovative.
