We'll I develop myself in English proficiency side while I am working as a an appointment setter, of course you do have script however there are situation that you need to have more interactions with the customers to build rapport and produce sales.
I have some telemarketing, sales and lead generations experience as I work as an appointment setter as we do need to call and talk to our clients and verify if the leads we had fits for them a little bit of rapport building for us to produce sales.
I have work as a customer service in almost 5 years where I handle different issues regarding everybody's concern maybe it's via email, phone or I even assist them personally especially if it is hardware issue. So I think I can handle pressure in assisting different kind of clients.
