For the past two years, I worked as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry where I answered several queries by responding to their inquiries online and connecting with customers. Building a great relationship with our clients and providing excellent customer service comes easy to me.I even dealt with upset clients and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction with the issues they were experiencing. I was in charge of a variety of administrative tasks, including arranging schedules, scheduling meetings and appointments, and organizing activities. Assisting with grievances as well as taking minutes during meetings. I also organize and file various relevant files, whether they are digital or hard copies. This requires the capacity to communicate effectively as well as multitask.I have a strong work ethic and a high regard for honesty.
