Profile Description

I am good in management and organization. I was able to manage both the readers' services and the technical services of the library.
In readers' services, I answered my clients' queries and helped them look for references they need for a particular topic or subject. Also, I was able to add more activities for the children in preschool department. Storytelling and film showing are some of them.
In technical services, I was able to catalog and organize newly acquired reference books and I was able to index newspaper clippings. Moreover, I was able to make a a simple database by merging Microsoft Excel data with Microsoft Access. I was also knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher.
