Since starting out as a Call Center Agent in 2008, I have been learning a lot about the role and have been getting extensive exposure to the rigors of the job.
I have worked as a Customer Support for various campaigns. I handled voice and non voice (email/chat) accounts doing order entry, billing explanations, technical support, telemarketing and appointment setting.
As much as I can be an objective and level headed, I can also be an abject subordinate - willing to be taught and to learn, very much able to work under minimal supervision.
