My first program was a large banking institution in U.K. I've never thought that I would be an Account Manager, because that was hard core collections, knowing that i have a soft heart. But through perseverance and handwork, I was able to pull it up and became one of the key contributor of the program. And to that said program, not only that I became number one, but also got the highest quality score on the same month. Because of my performance, I became the team POC and then became the program's POC on trackers (payment tracker). I also tried to venture to other programs to try new skills. As a Certified Microsoft Specialist, one of the jobs that i took was on technical support to enhance my skills. The skill fits perfectly, that they asked me to transfer to another program for promotion. The next program was again, another challenge for me, Customer Service. It was a challenge because, the scope was bigger, and the Metrics higher. It never hindered me though. I loved that job and the people that i've handled before. Unlucky that program closed. As they say, "when a door close, a widow will open". The next opportunity came in a flash and i was transferred to yet, again another collections account. I was so happy, and felt like I really belong in this field. Helping other people and also learning from them in every scenario.
