I've been in the BPO industry for a year while I’m in college with EGS (Expert Global Solution) I started as a customer Service Representative and after 3 months I was transferred to technical support were in we do more troubleshooting support to our customers and we also do a little bit of sales.
My second job was with Universal Storefront Services Corporation as a Trainee (OJT) - we do computer hardware, software, networking troubleshooting physically and remotely. I
was also
with Globe Telecom as a Command Center engr.
Were in we closely monitor servers, manage the escalation process, emailing, creating tickets and other task related to our servers. I worked as a Home-based appointment setter were in we set job interview appointment to our clients and also as a technical support and social media marketing specialist.
