I have a total of 5 years experience in the BPO industry and most of the accounts that I've handled provides Customer Service and Technical Support.
I was a customer service representative for Office Depot and a reservation specialist for Hotels.com. I also addressed billing concerns and technical support for DirecTV.
For the technical support experience, I was a Level 2 support for Bioware for their online game SWTOR (Star Wars The Old Republic) and I also provided support for Microsoft helping with the launch of Windows 8.
Then my last job was an Account Manager for AT&T. My job was to mainly process orders for Data Services for Companies in the U.S. This involves coordinating with clients relating to the New start or Disconnection of their services. I also make sure that people from other teams that are assigned for a certain process of these orders are done until the installation to billing and /or disconnection and bill stop.
This will be my first time trying an online job. I am a fast learner and very much eager to learn new things. I make sure I finish what I started and will always go for quality and performance excellence.
