I’m a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with hands-on experience in Xero, specializing in accurate, organized, and stress-free bookkeeping.

I understand how overwhelming bookkeeping can feel, especially when you're managing everything on your own. That’s where I come in—to bring clarity, structure, and peace of mind to your financial records.

Set up and/or Maintenance of XERO or Quickbooks file, including:
-Customized Chart of Accounts
-Upload historical transactions from bank data
-Customized Reporting
-Assistance with the setup of any necessary third-party integration tools
-Assist with the setup of any bank feeds as applicable

Daily bookkeeping, including but is not limited to the following:
-Creating Bills, Sales Invoices,Credit Notes, Purchased Orders etc.
-Record cash receipts/income from your bank deposits
-Record interbank transfer
-Record cash disburstments/expenses from your bank transactions
-Record any adjusting entries needed
-Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards to statement
-Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to underlying records
-Categorize Bank transaction,Bills & Expense, Sales Invoices

Monthly Financial Reporting including:
-Balance sheet
-Profit and Loss Statement
-Month to Month comparisons whenever applicable
